Abbay Technical Services was established in 1985 By William N. Abbay to provide California Title 24 energy calculations.  Anne M. McQueeney came on board in 1990 and mentored with Bill for 11 years before purchasing the business in 2001, upon Bill's retirement.

Abbay Technical Services and its knowledgeable staff now offers building consulting services with building energy code compliance in California, and for LEED projects anywhere in the United States. We also offer guidance with rebate programs, tax incentives, CALGreen, and building code compliance in other states.

Experience is the major key to doing building energy compliance.  How each component varies to achieve compliance in the most cost effective way can only be known by performing many energy calculations in many different climate zones.  Anne M. McQueeney of Abbay Technical Services, has done thousands of energy calculations, in just about every climate zone in the state.

We work with architects, builders, contractors, developers, engineers, and homeowners and provide all the energy documentation that is needed for permit submittal.

Using performance analysis we can recommend alternate compliance approaches based on your particular project's design or energy systems, possibly saving thousands of dollars in construction costs.
