Our pricing may vary depending on the complexity of your project. Generally, the prices listed below will cover most Title 24 Energy Calculations.

Residential Title 24

•  New construction - $195.00-$250.00.
•  Addition (up to 2500sf with existing + addition analysis) - $225.00-$300.00.
  

Non-Residential / Commercial Title 24
Small jobs can start at $250.00. However, more complex projects will be higher.

For LEED, CALGreen Commissioning, or Rebate Assistance please contact us for a quote. You will find that our prices are very competitive.

What we'll need from you are the construction drawings that include:

-Site plan with north arrow 
-Floor plan
-Elevations 
-Sections 
-HVAC and hot water systems  
-Project address 
-Owner's or Designer's name 
-Name and address of project

You may email your drawings in .dwg, .dxf, or .pdf formats.
